Being an Irish girl through and through means I add a bit of that Irish storytelling flair and love for a good cuppa to everything I write. When I’m not having fun brewing drama, trouble, and happily-ever-afters for my characters, you can usually find me spending time with my very own leading man.
Rita is the author of women’s fiction with sweet romance and cozy mysteries, including the popular **Serenity Cove Series**. Her books are published in over a dozen countries, including Australia, Germany, England, and Canada. When she’s not writing her next adventure, Rita enjoys traveling, tending her roses, and spending time with her husband, daughters, and grandchildren. And two of the sweetest fur babies (rescues) add much love and joy to her home.
In addition to her captivating fiction, her Christmas novellas have a special place in the hearts of fans. With beloved angels Shirley Goodness, Mercy Grace, and Harmony Joy, each story brings joy and warmth to the holiday season.
Rita holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. Her training as a psychologist is reflected in her novells in the character Dr. Ellie. Readers have commented on how Dr. Ellie's sage advice has helped them. It’s always amazing how God uses a story in ways the writer never imagines.
